SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Service Terms and Conditions governs our relationship with individuals and/or their companies (collectively, the “Client”) who subscribe to NumberSquad, Inc. (the “Firm”) to receive accounting-related services.

The purpose of this document is to establish the scope of work and prices corresponding to the services provided by the Firm.

NumberSquad, Inc. is a public accounting firm providing tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, and other related services described in this document. The client is a company or an individual that contracts NumberSquad for one or multiple services.

Scope of Bookkeeping Services:

1. Record cash receipts/income from your daily cash reports and/or bank deposit
2. Record cash disbursements/expenses
3. Record any adjusting entries needed in records/journal entries
4. Reconcile bank statements
5. Prepare and share monthly financial statements: Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet.

Bookkeeping Service Fees

Annual sales up to $500k – $175/month
Annual sales from $500k to $1 million – $295/month
Annual sales from $1 million to $2 million – $390/month
Annual sales from $2 million to $3 million – $475/month
Annual sales from $3 million to $7 million – $825/month
Annual sales from $7 million – custom price based on industry, number of transactions, business model, etc.

One-time Catch-up bookkeeping: annual sales up to $100k – $60/month
One-time Catch-up bookkeeping: annual sales from $100k to $500k -$105/month
One-time Catch-up bookkeeping: annual sales from $500K to $1M – $175/month
One-time Catch-up bookkeeping: annual sales from $1M to $2M – $235/month
One-time Catch-up bookkeeping: annual sales from $2M to $3M – $285/month

Scope of Payroll Services:

1. Process payroll for Client employees
2. Provide direct deposit
3. Print paychecks
4. Provide electronic pay stubs
5. Access Employee self-service portals
6. Register for payroll tax accounts
7. Impound and deposit tax payments for Federal and State
8. Prepare and file payroll tax forms
9. Set up employee garnishment and deductions
10. Perform Additional Services, as needed, at the pricing designated by the Firm

Payroll Service Fees

up to 5 employees – $120/month
From 6 to 10 employees – $175/month
From 11 to 20 employees – $295/month
From 21 to 30 employees – $375/month

Cancel Payroll: $45
Void Payroll: $90
W-2 processing: Base : $50 + $7 per employee
Corrected W-2: $60
Quarterly amended return: $230
Direct deposit returned: $70
Direct deposit reversal: $70
Expedited Processing One Day: $80
Non-Sufficient Funds (1st NSF): $150
Non-Sufficient Funds (2nd NSF): $250
Non-Sufficient Funds (3rd NSF): $400
Tracing deposit: $80
Retrieving data older than 2 years: $115
Garnishments: $20/each

Package : Payroll + Bookkeeping

Clients signing up for both payroll and bookkeeping services receive bundled services.

Annual sales up to $500k – $275/month
Annual sales from $500k to $1 million – $415/month
Annual sales from $1 million to $2 million – $595/month
Annual sales from $2 million to $3 million – $775/month
Annual sales from $3 million to $7 million – $995/month
Annual sales from $7 million – custom price based on industry, number of transactions, business model, et.

Tax Preparation

Scope of the tax services:
1. 1120: C-Corporation
2. 1120-S: S-Corporation
3. 1065: Partnership
4. 990: Non-Profit (Exempt Organization)
5. 1040: Personal tax preparation for business owners

Business Tax Service Fees:

Annual sales up to $250k – $550/year
Annual from $250k to 500k – $750year
Annual sales from $500k to $1M – $985/year
Annual sales from $1M to $3M – $1550/year
Annual sales from $3 million to $7 million – $2150/month
Annual sales from $7 million – custom price based on industry, number of transactions, business model, etc.

Personal Tax Service Fees:

Up to 3 tax forms: $275
4 to 5 tax forms: $495
6 to 10 tax forms: $775
11 to 15 tax forms: $1,175
16 & more forms: $1,175.00 + $100/each additional form

Tax Planning

Tax Planning Service Fee:
Annual Sales up to $500K – $650
Annual Sales $500K – $1M – $950
Annual Sales $1M – $3M – $1250
Annual Sales $3M – $7M – $1550
Annual Sales $7M – $11M – $1850

Corporative Services

Below are the corporate services not included in the scope of bookkeeping, payroll, and tax services and will be charged separately on a case-by-case basis:
1099 for contractors: $7 per 1099 contractor
Sales Tax Filing: $60 per month
Insurance Audit: $150
Business License: $150/year per city or county
Business Personal Property Return: $150
Annual Filing Virginia-based LLC (includes $50 State fee): $100
Annual Filing Virginia-based Corporation (includes $100 State fee): $150
Bi-annual Filing DC-based company (includes $300 State fee): $350
Annual Filing Maryland-based company (includes $300 State fee): $350
Hourly training fee for bookkeeping training: $60/hour
The hourly fee for consulting and extra services not described above is $120/hour

These Service Terms and Conditions apply to all service transactions effective from January 15, 2024 until further change notice. The service terms and fees are subject to change. The parties reserve the right to unilaterally terminate or limit the transaction of services by notifying the other party in writing at least 30 days in advance.
